I am as one on this mountaintop,
The world in a valley below.
Like seeds my thoughts have been scattered,
Now I must reap what I sow

Stand alone on an empty beach
Let yourself feel open and free.
Remove forever your worries and fears
Become what you were meant to be.

Stand alone on a desert plain,
Let the sun beat the sweat from your brow.
Become as one with yourself,
Your heart will show you how.

There are times when we must feel it
This solitude in an open space.
We must learn to gather our thoughts,
If we are to win this race.

There is a need for harmony,
between thought and human emotion.
We are merely fish in the sea,
We could drown in this endless ocean.

I am as one on this mountaintop
A cool breeze now softly on my face.
My thoughts are together once more,
I am going to win this race.
